POWER PURIFIER: Power Purifier has been designed and developed by VSOLV ENGINEERING INDIA PVT LTD. It purifies electric power incorporating latest power line filters and purifying components. It prevents dangerous electric power impurities from being fed into your valuable appliance & gadget. Pure and clean power enhances the life of the appliances and gadgets, by protecting and safeguarding the electronics in it - which is its brain. Electronic controls are very crucial for every appliance and gadget nowadays and if the electronics is damaged – then the entire appliance or gadget gets crippled.

APPLICATION OF POWER PURIFIER: Surge suppressors or Surge protectors have been used internationally for protecting sophisticated Home Theatre and Computer Systems, for many decades now. However over the last decade the usage of electronic controls – especially that of microprocessor based mother boards or electronic circuitry. Hence, as usage of electronics is very prevalent - leading to drastic improvement in the functions of appliances and gadgets, making them modern day marvels. The need for power purifier becomes very imminent.

Hence separate Power Purifier models have been developed for specific appliance or gadget like Washing Machine ( and other similar appliances like Micro Wave oven, Dishwasher etc ), Air Conditioner, Refrigerator and LED Television & Home Theatre Systems.

PROCEDURES TO BE ADOPTED WHILE INSTALLATING / OPERATING - GUARDIAN POWER PURIFIER:

Take care to install / mount / locate the GUARDIAN power purifier in a well-ventilated space, near the appliance / gadget connected. Extra care should be taken while wall mounting the power purifier. Also placing the power purifier on appliance / gadget – especially on Refrigerator should be avoided.

Connect the plug of your equipment to the Socket / Connector on the Guardian Power Purifier. Connect the plug of the Guardian Power Purifier to the mains Socket / Connector. The indicating lamps will glow showing input to the power purifier and output to the equipment connected.

Power Purifier has to be installed only when proper Electrical Grounding is provided. For, when power surge or spike strikes, it is passed to the Earth. There is a LED which indicates by glowing that the purification is on. Once, after a severe power surge or spike strikes – then the protection device inside the Power Purifier would need to be re-energized and in this case the LED lamp will cease to glow – indicating that the Purifier circuits need re-energizing. This re-energizing the protection is chargeable and there is NO warranty for this component.

When input is below or above the Working Voltage Range of the power purifier, the output will be cutoff. In this event the output LED indicator will cease to glow. When the input voltage returns to the operating range, the output will automatically resume. To provide extra protection to your Refrigerator, Deep Freeze, Water cooler, Air Conditioner or any appliance with Motor / Compressor - an inbuilt systems has been incorporated to delay the output supply ( Time Delay System ) to the equipment connected by about 2-3 minutes ( after every power interruption ). The output LED indicator will not glow as long as the Time delay is on – and the output indicator will glow once the output supply resumes. This is to protect the Motor / Compressor by preventing start-up immediately after a power supply interruption.

PRECAUTIONS TO BE CONSIDERED WHILE OPERATING / INSTALLING GUARDIAN POWER PURIFIER:

Do not connect any appliance / gadget / equipment other than those specified. (Refer to the models / application chart – for further details).
The power plug / socket should be located at one meter near the power purifier.
Switch the electric power to the power purifier OFF when it is not in use. It would help to have on-off-switch on the power supply socket.
Keep the power purifier away from food items, ants / pests may enter through the vent holes and clog the relay contacts.
Do not allow the power purifier to get wet.
Keep the power purifier away from hot / cold source.
Provide sufficient space around the power purifier for ventilation.
Do not place the power purifier in an enclosed place.
Do ensure that proper fuse/circuit breaker is provided in the power line connection to avoid overloading of the power purifier.
Do ensure that proper Electrical Grounding is provided to the power purifier.
Do not use electronic equipment during heavy monsoon. Lightning can cause damage to the power purifier as well as the equipment connected.
Do not place the power purifier on the top or on the side of the T.V. Magnetic Interference may cause colour patches in the picture.
Do not overload the power purifier.
Do not place lighted candle sticks on the power purifier.
Do not hang the power purifier by the power cord.
Do not open the power purifier. Live connection may cause electrical shock.
Entrust your power purifier to a qualified service technician / authorised service centre in the event to noticing any defects (Refer terms and conditions of warranty).
