GUARDIAN - VOLTAGE STABILISER (RELAY TYPE or DISCRETE STEP VOLTAGE TYPE) works based on the auto-transformer principle – with stepped voltage outputs. GUARDIAN voltage stabilisers incorporates the HAWK EYE DIGITAL MICROTRONICS.

SELECTING OF A MODEL OF VOLTAGE STABILISER (Relay Type): Relay Type of Voltage Stabilisers are generally of standard capacity ratings (single phase applications) and they are sold mostly specifically for an appliance or gadget. For a given capacity rating of voltage stabiliser – there will be models for different input voltage ranges. Kindly refer to the chart below for various models of GUARDIAN VOLTAGE STABILISERS.

INSTALLATION / OPERATION OF GUARDIAN VOLTAGE STABILISER : To ensure optimum performance of your GUARDIAN STABILISER, kindly take time to read through these instructions / procedures and become familiar with them.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY OF GUARDIAN VOLTAGE STABILISERS.

VSOLV ENGINEERING INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (here in after referred to as VSOLV), assures the original owner of Stabilizer, bearing the serial number mentioned on this warranty card that if the stabiliser has been used under normal conditions, it is covered under warranty against defects arising out of defective materials and / or workmanship as per terms below : (kindly note that certain parts / components have been excluded from warranty)

ONSITE SERVICE: Currently, VSOLV ELECTRONICS offers onsite service for the GUARDIAN Voltage stabilisers sold and installed within Chennai and Kochi city – as a special offer in addition to the limited warranty mentioned herein to its customers located only within these cities. This service is provided FREE for the first twelve months from date of purchase. However, after completion of twelve months visiting charges for onsite service done will be charged as per list below :

VSOLV reserves the right to withdraw this onsite service facility and also to alter, vary or change the charges thereof without any notice at its own discretion. Any such changes will be binding on the customer / user of the product. The charges will be subject to statutory levies at applicable rates.

SELECTION OF A MODEL OF VOLTAGE STABILISER:

Relay Type of Voltage Stabilisers are generally of standard capacity ratings and they are sold mostly specifically for an appliance or gadget. For a given capacity – there will be models for different input voltage ranges. Kindly refer to the voltage ranges for various models mentioned.

While selecting a model of Servo Controlled Voltage Stabiliser - care should be taken – as the equipment’s connected are very sensitive and critical. Hence, you need to know the exact specified load of the equipment that is to be protected. In case of multiple loads – you need to total up the individual loads. After determining the total load that may be applied – you need to add provision for margin at-least 20 to 30 % additionally – as safety factor. This is done to provide an allowance - such that the servo controlled voltage stabilisers – which are on many occasions made to operate continuously – operate efficiently and also there is provision for accommodating future growth requirements. Thereafter the operating voltage range of the servo controlled stabiliser - need to be selected, based on the incoming voltage. If the fluctuations are large – then wider ranges of incoming voltage need to be selected. Kindly refer to the voltage ranges chart for selecting appropriate model.
